All of our products are printed in our fulfillment facilities around the USA using the best equipment on the market. Because of our commitment, we are able to produce rich, detailed prints that do not wash off. Even though our customers are very satisfied with the print quality, we constantly strive to make improvements with multi-washes and genuine care in our fabrics and garments.
Because we are all about quality, the garments we use for our prints are great too and most of them are produced here, in U.S.A. in solar powered facilities. We offer a30-day, no questions asked, refund guaranteebecause we are so confident in the quality of our products.
We also care about our society, the human part of the business, that’s why all the garments are produced in WRAP Certified factories, WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) is a globally recognized, independent 3rd party certifying body whose mission is to promote ethical, humane and lawful conditions and practices in all manufacturing facilities.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you ordered your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us via our contact page before returning a product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Discounted items cannot be returned for a refund.
The purchaser will return the item with their own cost, we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please contact us via our contact page before returning a product. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your return & process your refund or exchange from the time we receive them.
Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase.
For a refund, the shipping & handling fee (previously included in the order) will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Shipping Please contact us via our contact page before returning a product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For orders that include at least $75 of eligible products your shipping cost will be free.
For regular orders shipping fees are based on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.
Products are typically shipped within 3 days of purchase. Added to that time will be the average standard ship times for domestic orders which is between 5-10 business days.
The above applies for international orders although sometimes shipping internationally can take 10-20 days.
Purple Cow Apparel's products are shipped with either DHL or USPS depending on the facility processing the order.
Items in the same order may be shipped separately. When each item is shipped the order will be updated with the tracking information.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
